Complex permit for waste activities

On the grounds of Article 120, paragraph 1, proposal 1 of the Environmental Protection Act (EPA), in conjunction with Article 117, paragraph 1 of the EPA, and Article 11, paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on the Terms and Conditions for the issuance of complex permits, with Decision No. 485-H0-И0-A0 of 2014 of the Ministry of Environment and Water - Executive Environment Agency, Complex Permit No. 485-H0 of 2014 was issued to VDK-1 LTD for the operation of the Slag and Other Industrial Waste Treatment Plant - under item 5.3.2, letter c of Annex 4 of the EPA.
