Slag and other industrial waste treatment plant has a screening mechanism for the production of different fractions of slag (inert material) and sand with a particle size from 0 to 200 mm.
The inert material has excellent physical and mechanical properties and is widely used in road construction and industry in three main directions:
- As a material for earth and mechanical works - making of foundation pads for roads, embankments, flooring, railway flooring, etc.;
- In asphalt construction;
- As an additive material for making concrete.
VDK-1 LTD has its own road construction equipment for earthworks and excavation works, embankments, drainage, laying of road foundations, etc., whose technical maintenance is serviced by a repair station for maintenance and repair of road construction equipment.
